“ AMAZING eggs benedict! I was so pleasantly shocked! Better than the many bennies I had in the States. The waiter, an older gentleman, was so lovely as well. This place is so underrated, definitely check it out for breakfast if you're in the area. ”
“ I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I enjoyed the Thanksgiving lunch at Casa 449. The pumpkin soup with crunchy nuts and the ravioli were outstanding! The turkey with homemade cranberries, sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes were simply the best. The pumpkin pie with vanilla poppy seed ice cream was a perfect finishing touch, and the wine we chose paired wonderfully. Overall, it was a very relaxing Thanksgiving, and I can’t wait to come back! ”

I was headed to Soco's place, but the wait time was very long so I checked out the menu at Casa 449 which is right across the street. It has a cozy artisanal feel and is very welcoming. Selections for breakfast were varied but not overwhelming. Traditional American and European breakfast options and Mexican specialties. Overall, really great food, relaxed vibe, and very good prices. Unrelated to the food, the stoneware dishes and mugs add something nice to the experience. ”
